The Energy Reset Session is a 90-minute space held via zoom where we

-Release and recalibrate your energy
This is a combination of working with spirit, reading your energy and your life path, intuitive insight, energy work, holistic healing methods and grounded guidance with healing frequencies.
What you might be experiencing
This session is for you if you feel ready for the next chapter in your life, if you feel like something is off, stuck or you are simply just ready to stop playing small and take the next steps to become who you know you are destined to be, this is for those who are aware of some of their patterns but do not fully understand them or how to shift them precisely, or you may just feel as if you need someone to hold the healing space and guide your clearly.
You may be feeling as if you are going round in circles in relationships, blocked in your business or overall direction of life, or holding emotional weight that feels heavy and difficult to shift or 'snap out of'.
What we do in a session
Although each session varies, depending on what naturally wants to come through - we start your zoom call with a overall energy audit, spirit will guide me through your blocks and energy field so that we can see clearly what needs shifting and what is emotionally weighing the heaviest in your life right now, together we will decide what feels most current to work on during the session, you may also receive extra guidance from spirit should other work be needed that you can take with you after the session.
Once we have read your energy and received a clear understanding, we can proceed with the healing, recalibration, activation and release section. Depending on what is required the most.
We will shift energetic attachments, emotional blockages, past life karma, uncover patterns you may not be aware of consciously yet, regulate the nervous system and bring forward clarity and direction.
There is no script, just direction, depth & movement.
After the session
Clients feel lighter, calmer and more themselves after a session. They are grounded and able to move forward with ease and understanding. Internal resistance is removed and you will have a knowing that you are on the right path.

A single session will create a powerful shift, but if you are ready for more and wish to move through something layered, with repeated patterns, deep emotional work, or a period of true transformation then you may feel the pull for ongoing support.
The "Private 1:1 Container" is a more intimate space where we work together over a longer period of time of 3 months or 12 months.
This is not about quick fixes, its lasting recalibration, releasing deeper wounding and upleveling your life.
