Healing & Mindset Sessions

These sessions use various healing modalities and connection to spirit to allow you to access your subconcious mind and reframe your old patterns that are holding you back, 100x better than traditional talk therapy.

 

Healing/Mindset Sessions will allow us to remove stagnant energy and uplevel how you show up so that you can become the best version of yourself.

We generally start a session by connecting in with spirit to see where you need the most guidance and how i can help you. every session will be different for each person, i will then use my gifts and the modalities i have learnt to help you physically let go of what is blocking you and bring in new new energy that will help you to reframe your mindset.

​

We can work on a specific area of life, or we can just go where you need it the most, do not worry if you don't know what that is yet as we will be guided in the best way for you.

​

Towards the end of a session we will discuss what will benefit you moving forward and you will feel uplifted and ready to move forward with the knowing of what steps to take next, feeling clear minded and focused. The aim will be different for everyone, although everyone who leaves a 1 hour session with me will have or will be closer to reaching a breakthrough, revelation and their goals.

 

You can now book a block of 12 week sessions. Not only does the price reflect a free session, you will also receive extra guidance, communication and content. This will be given at no additional cost when guided or requested, for example: if spirit feel more grounding needs to take place then i will create a personal grounding practice/program just for you, if you would like to connect to your spirit team more then i will create something specific to your needs to help you do this in your own time, again this will be different for everyone. 12 week block bookings can be spread across 6 months or 12 weeks (pay in full only)
